The starting point was a logo based on simple geometric forms. The symbol was built around upward arrow shapes, representing growth, progress and forward movement. This visual direction works well both with specialist recruitment and with the brand’s ambition to operate in the area of modern skills and technology.
Based on the mark, a consistent identity system was created, covering company materials and brand communication elements. The result is a modern and clear visual identity that organises the image of Candido and builds a solid foundation for the further growth of the brand.
